Fixing SMS not Sending
Steps in this guide:
- Go to Patients
- Search Patient Name
- Open their Patient File
- Edit their Demographics
- Edit the information under "Choices"
- Check phone number format (+1…)
- Verify reminders enabled
- Click "Save"
